Most Vendors will be more than happy to offer support and assistance where possible to resolve any issues your site may have. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you always have a backup of your site’s files, databases, and other information before making any changes.
If your behavior is rude in any way then Most Vendors will ban and block you. Most Vendors don’t care who you are. Rude behavior towards any of our team members will not be tolerated.
Use of the Site
In no event will Most Vendors be liable for:
(i) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, or any information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, or any delay of such information or service.
(ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the service. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, the liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

All details obtained during registration, ordering or other activity on our site are held with the strictest confidence. Most Vendors will never sell or give your information to any external companies or sites.
Any passwords used for this site are for individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password (if any).
Delivery of Digital Product
Our digital products are delivered instantly via email to your inbox.
On rare occasions an email can get delayed or missed or it can end up in your junk folder. If you do not receive an email containing the product download links within a few hours after the order, please contact us and Most Vendors will send you fresh download links.
Most Vendors accept no responsibility for any damage or loss of earnings to your blog/site in any instance. It is your responsibility to keep a regular backup of your database and/or relevant files so that if the worst does happen, you can use your backup to bring your blog/site back online.
Customer Support and Troubleshooting
Every WordPress plugin and WordPress theme has been tested to make sure that it works seamlessly with an average WordPress installation. Most Vendors, because there are millions of combinations of plugins and themes, Most Vendors can not guarantee a Stripe Payment’s product to work with every combination. Most Vendors can only guarantee that it will work with a fresh default install of WordPress.
If you experience a problem that can not be fixed by following our documentations page, it may be required that Most Vendors access your site to test, isolate and rectify / advise you of our findings. Failure to supply or allow access will result in us being unable to assist you.
Most Vendors try to reply to all customer support queries within 48 hours of posting on Most Vendors weekdays. Please note that most vendors do not offer support via phone or instant messaging due to time zone differences.
Some products will come with technical support with the purchase of any of a paid addon or plugin. You have access to all the documentation all the time.
Forum Support by Vendors
The Vendors provide technical support via support forums and contact information. The support questions need to be very specific to troubleshooting issues only (where a feature is not working as stated). If an advertised feature doesn’t work as advertised then you can post that issue and the vendor will look at it and address issues.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital items, most vendors do not issue refund due to a change of mind.
The page of each addon describes what it should do and how to set it up. If you find that an addon’s feature is not working after you have followed the set-up instructions, we are more than happy to take a look at the issue for you.
Most Vendors offer the main core plugin for free and try to provide good support for it. Users can use this main free plugin to determine if it is a good fit for them before purchasing any extensions.
Our Suggested WordPress Themes and plugins require that you have a properly configured server setup with PHP and MySQL and it is online where it can be accessed using your domain name (most vendors don’t support local installation). In most cases this is something you don’t have to worry about as your most vendorsb host will provide you with a properly configured server but sometimes most vendors do see users using badly configured server or a special setup where things don’t work as normal. If you are using some WordPress plugins on your site without any issue then it is safe to assume that our plugins will work fine on your server.
