Email Validation and Testing Agreement

This Email Validation and Testing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between 7-Day Mail (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

Item 1. Email Validation Contract

  1. Provision of Email List
    • The Client agrees to provide a .csv file containing the email addresses they wish to have validated (“Email List”). The Email List shall not exceed 60,000 email addresses.
  2. Email Validation Services
    • The Service Provider will perform the following validation checks on the Email List:A. Activity of the Email Account: Email addresses with inactivity exceeding 180 days will be marked as dormant.B. Inbox Activity Ranking: The inbox activity of email addresses will be ranked from most active to least active.C. Unusual Email Identification: Email addresses identified as unusual (e.g., ending in .watch such as gmail.com.watch and yahoo.com.watch) will be flagged for review. These are not considered “Spam Traps” but may be deleted upon further examination.
    • Upon completion of the validation process, the Service Provider will deliver the cleaned email list back to the Client.

Item 2. Sending a Test Offer to Your Cleaned List

  1. Crafting a Test Offer
    • The Service Provider will assist the Client in crafting a test offer to be sent to the cleaned email list to gauge deliverability.
    • It is recommended to craft the offer using WordPress for optimal email delivery speed.

Item 3. Reporting Your Email Activity

  1. Weekly Reporting Conference
    • The Service Provider will conduct a weekly conference with the Client to review email offer statistics. More frequent reporting may be requested by the Client.
  2. Email Activity Reports
    • Reports will include:A. Total number of emails sent.B. Devices used to open the emails (e.g., desktop, mobile devices).C. Most clicked URLs in the offer, especially if multiple URLs are included.

Item 4. Disclaimer

  1. Limitations of Liability
    • 7-Day Mail shall not be liable for any sales or returns of products sold through the Client’s offers.
    • 7-Day Mail shall not be responsible for any unethical collection of email addresses by the Client.
    • 7-Day Mail reserves the right to deny or suspend services at its discretion.

Agreement Execution
